About Our Salon…
Salon Couture opened as a one chair salon in October 1995 and quickly grew into one of the leading salons in the Lakes Area. We have employees with the vision, training, talent and skills to make you look and feel the way you want. We currently have five cosmetologists and two nail technicians on staff.
At Salon Couture we offer “upscale, big-city” services in a “small town” friendly atmosphere. When you come to us, you won’t ever be asked if you’d like to add floating flowers or orange peels (for a fee of course) to your pedicure. You will, however, be asked how you take your coffee! Salon Couture values your friendship rather than the amount of money you spend with us.
When You Come to Our Salon…
You’ll get services that are real.
If it doesn’t give results you can actually see or feel, we won’t offer it!
What it all comes down to here at Salon Couture is that we love what we do and we have a great time doing it; so please enjoy your time with us as much as we enjoy having you!

About Us…
Cindy
Cindy Couture has been providing hair services to the Lakes area for 17 years, 13 of those as owner of Salon Couture. Cindy has worked backstage at theater productions, photo shoots and the 1991 Miss North Dakota pageant. Cindy has trained with some of the most acclaimed hairdressers in the country and is proud to be associated with John Paul Mitchell Systems and their dedication to philanthropy, environmental issues and hairdressers around the world. When not in the salon, Cindy and her fiancée Brad are kept extremely busy with their six boys as well as several other business ventures.
Peggy
Peggy Hulke has been with us at Salon Couture for 9 years. She is a licensed nail technician with a strong following in the Lakes area for the past 17 years. Peggy specializes in artificial nail enhancements and manicures. She is best known for her incredible artwork and ability to paint the most detailed designs on your fingernail! Let Peggy’s creativity be showcased on your hands!
Kari
Karen Farmer, our longtime salon coordinator, has advanced her training to now include pedicures, manicures, nail enhancements and body sugaring.
She is quickly becoming popular for her wonderful foot massages as well as her strong customer service skills.
Precia
Precia Etter has been employed at Salon Couture for 4 years. She is skilled in all areas of hair, nail and skincare but is most commonly requested for multidimentional and creative color services. Precia’s interest in nature photography has most certainly aided in her creative process.
Maren
Maren Sederquist joined our salon in June of 2007 and is trained in all areas of hair, skin and nailcare. She is currently training in eyelash extentions. Maren’s strongest attribute is her attention to detail and genuine concern in giving you the best results possible.
Missy
Missy Fleishhacker has been affiliated with Salon Couture for 8 years and recently re-joined the staff as a full time stylist. Her enthusiastic personality has quickly made her a customer favorite. She provides all types of services at the salon and especially enjoys doing facials. If you ask nicely, she may even do a special jig for you!
Becky
Becky Tulenchik is the newest addition to our staff. Becky enjoys providing all of the services the salon has to offer and is already building a strong local clientele. Also, if you ask HER nicely, SHE might provide a vocal background to Missy’s jig! |
